Personal Brand Strategy for Scott Bond
Personal Branding
Coaching and creator space
Project Overview
Scott Bond is a leadership and career co-pilot helping ambitious professionals get unstuck, own their story, and take bold action. He had strong instincts and real credibility — but no cohesive brand identity to match.
The goal was to build a complete brand foundation he could deploy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Patreon — consistently and confidently.
Key Features
Brand voice and tone-of-voice definition
Messaging pillars and positioning statement
Color palette and typography recommendations
Bio and headline copy for LinkedIn and Instagram
Moodboard and Canva starter template
Polished Notion brand guide

Challenge
The personal coaching and creator space is saturated with generic motivational content. Scott needed a brand that felt distinctly his — raw, direct, and human — without falling into the trap of looking like every other coach online.
Solution
Through a 60-minute strategy deep dive and brand questionnaire, I built Scott's full identity around three pillars: radical honesty, ownership, and human connection. The visual system pairs deep navy and white with burnt orange accents — bold enough to lead, warm enough to connect. The voice is no-BS and built to stop the scroll.
Not another coach.
A co-pilot.
The brand we built positions Scott as the person sitting next to you — not on a stage above you. Every creative decision, from font choice to tone of voice, was designed to make people feel like they could text him and get a real answer. That's the brand. That's what it needed to feel like.
