1. How do we get started?
Just reach out through the contact form or email me directly (sakshionbrand@gmail.com). I’ll send over a quick intake form, and if we’re a fit, we’ll move into proposal and kickoff mode.

2. Do you offer one-time projects or ongoing support?
Both! I work on one-off projects like landing pages or audits, and also offer ongoing support for clients who want consistent marketing help without hiring in-house for example, running paid ads, designing video ads, keyword research, and more.

3. What’s your payment process like?
For most projects, I take a 50% deposit to get started and the remaining 50% once everything’s delivered. Longer-term work or retainers follow a monthly invoice schedule.

4. What if I need extra revisions?
Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions. If you need more, no stress — we’ll either scope that in or handle it hourly. I’ll always flag it before adding anything.

5. Will you showcase my project in your portfolio?
Yes — unless you request otherwise. I love featuring client work (with context and care!) to show future clients what's possible. If it’s under NDA or sensitive, just let me know.
